Q: Does every purchase I make qualify for 50% proceeds to disc sports?
A: Yes. Every purchase you make on the DiscAttire website qualifies for half of the proceeds going back to the disc sport community.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, (Visa, MC, Discover & AMEX) as well as eCheck and PayPal.

Q: Can I make a purchase if I do not have a PayPal account?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to take credit card orders directly and must rely on the security and convenience of PayPal at this time. If you don’t already have a PayPal account, it should take you less than 5 minutes to set one up.

Q: Can I make a donation without purchasing anything?
A: Yes. If you would like to make a donation, visit the “Donations” page. We will donate 100% of the proceeds, helping disc sports to continue to thrive.

Q: Can I make a donation, even if I do not have a PayPal account?
A: Yes. Unlike purchases which require a PayPal account, you can make a donation directly using any of the following, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, eCheck or PayPal.

Q: Can I remain anonymous in my donation?
A: Yes. All donations made through the donations page remain anonymous.

Q: How soon can I expect my DiscAttire merchandise to arrive?
A: Typically, merchandise should arrive to you within 5 business days. Be sure to check your email for detailed tracking information and delivery estimates.

Q: Is there a way to track my DiscAttire order?
A: Yes. For each DiscAttire package, we will send you detailed tracking information and delivery estimates to the email address you supplied during the checkout process.

Q: Why aren't all of my ordered merchandise in this package?
A: If some of your ordered items are not currently in stock or on back order, you will be notified via email when they are shipped and provided with an additional tracking number.
